In compliance with applicable data protection regulations, we inform you that in Colonial we process the personal data that you provide to us, via the different contact channels (e.g. first name, last name, email, phone number) to answer your request for information.

Colonial is committed to processing your personal information only as long as it is actually useful and necessary to be able to fulfil the request you have made and, in any case, as long as you do not request deletion. Colonial will therefore make reasonable and timely efforts to minimise the time-limit for the processing and retention of your personal data.
In any event, and even if you request the deletion of your personal data, Colonial shall have the right to keep and maintain such data, under appropriate blocking controls, for the period necessary to fulfil the legal obligations applicable, and for their availability to the competent authorities in the matters which apply.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may oppose the processing of your data. Colonial will cease to process the data, except for legitimate and compelling reasons, or the exercise or defence of claims. You may also exercise the right to the portability of the data, and withdraw the consent provided at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to withdrawal. If you wish to exercise any of your rights, you may write to us, attaching a document proving your identity and expressly indicating the right you wish to exercise, to the Colonial Data Protection Officer at the above address or by sending an e-mail to dpo@inmocolonial.com. Finally, we inform you that you can contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency and other competent public bodies for any complaints arising from the processing of your personal data.
